Teresa Carson

A native Texan from Lufkin, Teresa fell in love with Austin while studying at Stephen F. Austin State University, where she graduated with a degree in Social Work. In March, 1995, she made Austin her new home. Teresa prides herself with a strong commitment to customer service and has a skill of negotiating the best deals for her clients. Her background in Social work has shaped her ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent results. Now a resident of Georgetown with her husband, Teresa previously lived in North & South Austin for 10 years and then Round Rock for 17 years. They love the small-town feel of Georgetown, but enjoy being close enough to Austin to enjoy the city's vibrant culture. They have two grown children, both of whom attended RRISD from Pre-K through graduation. Their son is a 2023 graduate of Texas A&M and their daughter is a 2024 graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos. Active in her community, Teresa volunteers regularly with local organizations and serves at her church. In her free time, she enjoys hiking trails around Brushy Creek, Lake Georgetown and the central Texas area, as well as visiting wineries and dining out with family and friends. Some of her favorite spots include Jack Allen's Kitchen, Encantada, Gloria's, Ruth Chris Steakhouse and Eddie V's. Teresa and her family enjoy traveling, some destinations include different resorts throughout Mexico, Hawaii, the Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos and well as snow skiing destinations such as Jackson Hole Wyoming, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Deer Valley Utah, as well as New Mexico (Sante Fe, Red River & Angel Fire). A few of her most recent vacations was to Europe (London & Paris), Japan (Tokyo, Nagoya & Kyoto), Italy (Florence, Venice, Sicily & Rome). Her area of expertise in Residential Sales are home buyers, first time home buyers, investment properties & new construction. She is passionate about helping homeowners sell their homes and guiding new buyers through every step of the home buying process.
