An Austin native, Sherry was originally a REALTOR® in the 80s during the technology boom in the city focusing on relocation. After a stint in the tech field herself and a few years of "retirement," she got back in the business thanks to encouragement from a friend who recognized all the qualities of a great REALTOR® in Sherry. With almost 100% of her business being based on referrals, Sherry loves being the one her friends can turn to when they need a great agent. She truly cares about her clients' needs and enjoys helping people find a place they can happily call home. Sherry is also a big proponent of education and ethics in the real estate industry - she is her own boss and holds herself accountable in making an effort to stay up-to-date on laws and market trends. She currently holds positions on three of Williamson County's committees, handling issues such as government affairs and finance. In her free time, Sherry loves traveling, spending time with her 5 dogs, and paper crafting with a variety of media.

Favorite Places in Austin

Having lived in Austin her whole life, Sherry has many places she loves to visit in her spare time. When it comes to food, some of her favorites include pizza at 600 Degrees, Mexican at El Patio, and fried chicken at Culinary Dropout. You can also catch her downtown at the JW Marriott enjoying happy hour with her sister, exploring Garey Park and Brushy Creek Trail with her dogs, and volunteering at the Williamson Country Food Drive, where she once helped raise 18,000 cans to their original goal of 6,000.

I thought I would sell my house myself; "It's a seller market," I thought. I am so glad I didn't and decided instead to ask Sherry Bueche to help us. Though my wife and I had several experiences selling our homes in the past (we're near 70) using an agent, and my wife had worked in a Realtor's office early in her career, we thought we knew a lot about what and how to do it ourselves. I can say now that it would have been a mistake to do it on our own. We found Sherry to be very patient and knowledgeable, and most helpful with important information and suggestions every step of the way. I would use her again in a heartbeat. And during negotiations, she helped us keep focused and walk away with a very satisfactory deal, right through a smooth no surprises closing. Her value to us was certainly more than her modest fee.

We'd been trying to sell some property at Horseshoe Bay for years but couldn't get it done. Sherry came in, took ownership of the problem and got it sold for a price we loved. What a fantastic job she did, from finding a buyer, negotiating a price, shopping for the right title company and getting it done! We couldn't be more pleased.
