I began my career as an Austin Realtor in 1984, obtained my Broker license in 1986, and owned/operated my first real estate firm, Southwest Prime Investments, from 1986-1989. During this time, I was instrumental in the acquisition/disposition of commercial properties/land for a local developer, composing CMA’s and BPO’s for numerous banks, mortgage, and PMI companies for one of the largest asset management companies in Austin for subsequent sale/disposition of these properties, and was the lead Broker for Investors International – a consortium of wealthy investors - for property acquisitions. This tenure was followed by the successful opening of my residential firm, Showcase of Homes from 1989-2013, and afterwards, with almost 30 years of Realtor experience, I decided to join Realty Austin as one of their senior Broker Associates.

Having sold millions of dollars’ worth of property (both residential and commercial), and having received numerous award achievements representing both Buyers and Sellers, these achievements were gained solely by adhering to these principles:
