Nathan started his real estate career in 2001 working with local multi-family developer Larry Peel where he got a first-hand look at the market from behind the scenes before ever selling a single home. From there his career has taken him through all aspects of the multi-family industry then naturally on to residential home sales and property management. He transitioned into commercial sales and development in the spring of 2014 where he excelled in the most complicated of all real estate environments. Nathan has had the opportunity to represent and work with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, auto dealerships, medical practices, manufacturing/distribution companies, small business owners, breweries, investors, developers, builders, home owners associations, home sellers, home buyers, and many of your neighbors.

Nathan joined the Realty Austin family because he recognized them as leaders and innovators in an industry that has seen many changes in recent years. In his own words, "The technology offered is second to none, the support far exceeds anything else you will experience, and the culture within the brokerage is something every Realtor in this market desires. Because of all the resources Realty Austin offers he really enjoys the fact that he gets to spend more quality time with the most important people in his life, his family.

Nathan was lucky enough to marry his best friend in the summer of 2014 and they welcomed an amazing little boy in the summer of 2015. They enjoy going to the lake, catching a live show, hitting the local pizza joint, baseball games at the Dell Diamond, family runs/walks, and the numerous parks throughout Central Texas. As a new family, they are looking forward to exploring all of the family friendly activities the area has to offer. They go to Costco a lot. Possibly an abnormal amount.

While he has been a top producer in several fields, Nathan is most proud of the relationships he's built over his career one transaction at a time and looks forward to serving you.

The Lutheran Foundation of the Southwest was in a situation where we needed to downsize our workspace as our office requirements have changed over time. The 10,000 sq ft building we built in the late 1980's was too big for our needs today so selling it and leasing a smaller space made the most business sense. Not only was Nathan effective in the marketing of the property but I think his real value was during negotiations of the sale, inspection period, and all the nuances of moving to that final closing date. In the winter of 2014 I asked for friend and Realtor Nathan Pinson's help in buying my first home and I could not have made a better choice! From the get-go, in the very intense Austin/Round Rock market, he was deftly able to navigate and hone in on homes that were exact compliments to my goals and budget. After losing my home in the Halloween flood of 2013, the hard part was not even close to being over. In order to get a new home I not only had to deal with the insurance company and FEMA, but I also had to jump through hoops with the City of Austin, and an engineering company hired by the city called HDR.

It took 5 months to get everything taken care of and close on my new home. If it were not for Nathan it would have taken much longer. Nathan showed me probably a dozen homes in about 5 months, and he went way above and beyond expectation.
