Michelle has been successfully selling homes since 1999, with over 500 individual career sales as of December 2014. She specializes in residential sales and new construction. She sets goals annually in both business and her personal life. In doing so, she received her Broker’s license in 2004 and has since gone onto achieving additional annual goals.

Her knowledge of the market, real estate trends and continued education in real estate are unparalleled. Her “hands-on” approach with her client’s homes and her ability to see beyond the normal scope of a transaction has enabled her to ensure their real estate transactions go smoothly.

Michelle came back home to Austin in August 2011 to be closer to her family and friends. She is close to her family and her home is the hub for holidays and family get-togethers. Family is everything to her! She’s the proud mother of a 25 year old two-time war veteran and Eagle Scout and a vivacious and loving 17 year old senior in high school.

Michelle Allen helped us with a very challenging sale, and saw it through working with us from long distance. Michelle contacted us as a courtesy after we had decided to pull our Round Rock home off the market 2 years ago. Michelle remained thorough and used her solid network of established contacts to research and confirm local neighborhood market conditions down to the last minute. She was available to us throughout the process even around the time of her husband having a surgery. We knew we could trust her throughout the process.

We were pleasantly surprised with how well the sale turned out, and our contract closed without hiccup. Michelle negotiated a strong price on our home, top of the market for our home and held firm to it throughout negotiations.

Michelle represented us as our selling agent last fall. Based on our experience, I have no reservations about recommending Michelle as a selling agent to others.

Prior to our engagement with Michelle, we had listed our home with another 'top selling' realtor during the prime time of the year. While considering selecting a new agent, we interviewed several other realtors, some with very good selling strategy stories. Part of my follow up to the interviews including 'testing' all the agents by making phantom inquiries about one of their current somewhat comparable listings. That test resulted in narrowing down our choice between two agents. The other agent's strategy included a significant price reduction from our current (already low) list price since it had little interest at that price. Michelle's analysis showed that our price was already very competitive and no reduction was necessary (price or our home was not the issue for it not previously selling).
