As first-time home buyers, we knew we would need a lot of assistance. Michele was fantastic – she made us feel like a top priority, patiently explaining processes and immediately responding to our questions and concerns. From our initial meeting through the closing and beyond, she was a wonderful partner in helping us find our perfect first home.

When it was time for us to sell our home, we asked Michelle to represent us again. With her advice and guidance, we had 11 offers in the first 24 hours - all over the asking price! She is a great partner in the homeownership process.

I’ve been thinking about buying a small condo as an investment for a long time now.  Michele clearly understands what I want and don’t want.  She uses the electronic tools at her fingertips to send me some great deals and unique listings

My wife and I owe much to you for helping us find our new home in Austin.  We have truly enjoyed our neighborhood and our new neighbors and appreciate the fact that you played such a large role in our ‘new life.’ I want to thank you again for the positive impact that your professional assistance and welcoming demeanor had upon our lives

She not only helped us sell our house at the peak of the market, but she also found us a beautiful home that we love and met some unique requirements.  She was knowledgeable about the Lake Travis area where we lived as well as the Georgetown area where we bought

Michele Blood was amazing.  As first-time home buyers, her knowledge was very helpful as we had no idea what to expect.  She helped to ensure we had the best possible offer but not to go over what she thought the home appraised for.  She assisted with a home inspector as well as the finance team we selected.  Most importantly she was quick to respond to our emails and phone calls, and trust me we had a LOT of questions. :)

Michele was wonderful!  We moved out of the Austin area, but will definitely recommend her to friends still in Austin.  She was professional, calm, organized and went above and beyond to handle every sort of random detail that got our transaction completed

Very efficient; always went the “extra mile.”  Best agent we’ve experienced; super, yet professional personality.

Thank you for guiding me through the process of buying my first home.  You put my mind at ease every step of the way and even during the “stressful” parts.  I have learned a lot and appreciate all you have done!

Our closing date coincided with the mortgage loan meltdown.  Michele took us through a closing that had the potential to be a disaster.  My husband and I are first-time home buyers so this was a big decision for us.  Michele held our hand every step of the way

I really wanted to consider a lot of options before I made my decision.  When I finally did, Michele did some innovative thinking that enabled me to have needed repairs done and paid for at the closing.
