Michael Langford is wonderful. He is very attentive to the needs of his client and explains everything so I can understand it. He stays in contact with me in all phases of the sale of my home. He also keeps me posted on new homes I might be interested in. I am so glad he contacted me when he did after I had taken my home off the market and was planning on putting it back on in this spring.  He is not pushy at all. He is very much concerned that his client is able to sell and buy in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with all the work he puts in selling my house and buying one I am completely happy with. I have already recommended him to several other people who are looking to sell and or buy another home. He is definitely an asset to your company and represents the company well. I will continue to recommend him and the company.  Thank you to Mike and Realty Austin.

Michael is a top producer for Realty Austin, and our experience with him demonstrated why, again and again. Michael did a great job for me. He knew I was very busy and lazy, so he made it easy for me to sign docs, etc., via DocuSign and communicated important stuff via email so I'd have the request for info. In writing. I pretty much did nothing but give Michael the keys to the home and said sell it. Michael was very professional, and I think his best quality is that he knows how to handle the different types of clients he has--i.e., he knew I was busy and didn't need daily contact. A young couple would have been handled differently.

Michael did an amazing job walking us through the home hunting and buying process, and in general, was a great source of information. Things gotta little dicey once we went under contract, but Michael was able to expertly navigate us through those rough waters and ensure that all issues were resolved to an extent that exceeded our expectations! Michael has been our go-to Realtor since we moved to Austin. He is always patient, putting in the extra effort to make sure the place we are looking at meets all our needs and is at the best price point. He helped us find our first home back in 2017, and when we started to outgrow it, he helped us look around for bigger places. He always gave us his honest opinion and helped us avoid some deceptively good looking houses that only had cosmetic renovations. He pointed out a ton of things that we wouldn't have noticed, like replaced joists over the garage, thin walls, and building quality issues that would probably have caused us a lot of headaches in the long run. This helped us save time and money from putting in an offer and finding out after spending on an inspector. We finally settled on a new construction, and Michael was involved at every step of the way. He went to design meetings with us and even helped pick out our fireplace tiles when we ran out of ideas. In the end, there were delays with COVID, and Michael navigated through negotiations with the builder to push the closing date to ensure everything was complete and installed properly. I didn't think we would really need a realtor for a new construction, but Michael definitely showed the value and made the situation less stressful, especially in dealing with the builders. I would recommend Michael for any type of realty purchase. He definitely is an expert at the business in the north-west Austin area!

Michael Langford did an amazing job of helping us find a house. We ended up going new construction, and Michael was able to help us every step of the way through a grueling 14-month process with a difficult builder. While other buyers had difficulty contacting the builder, Michael always got our questions addressed and scheduled regular meetings, and even got our inspection items fixed. On top of that, Michael is just a good person in general and has a very positive personality. I have a lot of respect for him and am very glad we went with him to help us with our first home purchase. I especially appreciated how, even after closing, he followed up with us and made sure everything was going good.
