Mia is a talented REALTOR® who has called Austin home since 1995. Real estate is her true passion, although she didn’t know it at first. Mia first discovered her love of real estate when she worked as a Public Finance Paralegal. During her seven years as a paralegal, Mia worked closely with title companies, lenders, borrowers, and, of course, attorneys. Her experience in moving a transaction all the way from contract to close gives her an advantage when it comes to helping her own clients through the process. After graduating with honors from the University of Texas in 2005, Mia earned her real estate license and started her real estate career. It’s her unique experience, professionalism and strong work ethic that make Mia a successful REALTOR®. Mia and her family live in Steiner Ranch, where Mia has been an active volunteer at her local elementary school since 2005. Favorite Places in Austin

One of the reasons Mia's family chose to call Steiner Ranch home was it's location between Lake Travis and Lake Austin. Mia is happiest when she's on the water, whether it's wakesurfing or stand-up paddleboarding. She loves to stay active, so you'll most likely find Mia jogging around Town Lake (Lady Bird Lake) or hiking through Commons Ford Ranch Park. Mia finds Austin's music scene to be one of the best parts about the Texas capital, and she is a regular at music festivals like South by Southwest (SXSW) and Austin City Limits (ACL). When she's not out and about in the city, Mia enjoys meeting up with friends at True Foods or savoring a great steak and beautiful views from the Steiner Ranch Steakhouse.

Mia Sanchez did an excellent job helping us find our dream home in the Austin area! Since we were new to the area, Mia listened to our "wish list," price range, needs for our kids, and commute time to work to help us narrow down our search area. From there, we were able to look at communities on the east side of Austin. Mia was phenomenal about making her schedule work with ours. We were driving about 100 miles up to Austin to look at houses, with a toddler and baby. As an out of town buyer, this was a crucial factor. 

Mia did a wonderful job walking us through the new build process and made sure our interests were represented. Mia took the time to help us with upgrade options and did a great job negotiating the price. Since we were out of town for the first half of the build, Mia made sure to check in on the property, sent us pictures, and kept us up to date on any major changes. This all made for a smooth process of buying a new build. From choosing the lot to the final walkthrough, Mia was there the entire time ready to help in any way possible.

We thank Mia for helping our family find a wonderful home and for welcoming us to the Austin area! We will definitely use Mia for any future real estate needs!
