Mark’s passion for real estate sparked in 2008 when he began his career managing short-term rentals in Austin, Texas. He oversaw a large portfolio of clients from locals to ex-pats and was their go-to guy with all aspects of their rental homes. After 3 years of managing properties for clients, Mark followed his passion and because a full-time licensed REALTOR® and hasn’t looked back since. He was mentored by one of the top agents in Austin and received the Rising Star award his first year as an agent. Mark became an expert in Austin's many neighborhoods and by his third year, he was the Top Producer at the brokerage, all while building a solid team with his wife, Kristen Pearce, as his transaction manager. He became known to friends, family, and clients as “The Tall Texas Realtor” and when you meet him, you’ll see that the name fits him perfectly as he is 6’6’’.

Mark is known for his fun-loving personality, low-pressure demeanor and on the flip-side a hard-nosed negotiator that will fight for his clients. He strives to make the home buying and selling process fun and enjoyable for each one of his clients, ensuring they are fully informed throughout each step of the way. In 2018 Mark hit a tremendous goal and surpassed $10mil+ in real estate sales. He attributes his success to always putting his client’s needs first, hard work and many referrals from past clients. He was also awarded master-planned community, Santa Rita Ranch’s “#1 Realtor of the Year” for 2018.

In the spirit of always taking growth steps forward, Mark joined the #1 brokerage in town – Realty Austin and is excited to see what 2019 will bring. Mark Pearce has got to be the BEST agent to have by your side when purchasing our home. Not only did he share the knowledge I needed to know as a first time home buyer, but he also knew how to get things DONE. I had spent the last 2.5 years looking for a home, learning as much as I can on my own and had two other Realtors that I had moved on from since things that would favor me as a home buyer were not being done. Mark took day and night to negotiate and make sure EVERYTHING was what I wanted. I cannot express how grateful I am that my son and I have a home now, thanks to Mark!

Mark was awesome. We started working with Mark in 2018 when we started looking into moving to central Texas, and Mark was instrumental in the home buying process. He was able to provide insight into the whole processes even from selling our home in California to signing for our new home at the title company in Texas. Communication with Mark was always prompt, and I never felt out of the loop whenever I had a question for him. The transition from California spanned a few hurdles (some minor and some major), and Mark was very supportive of resolving issues with our builder during the build. Jennifer and I know several people moving from southern California, and we have already told them they need to work with Mark. I am extremely pleased with Mark, and it is unfortunate we don't plan on moving for a long time because if we did, we would surely work with Mark time and time again!

Mark went above and beyond my expectations. We worked well together, and he took care of any problems that developed. He was responsive and timely, but more importantly, he has a problem-solving approach (no drama) that I appreciate. Worth every penny. Buying a new home from out of state can be a very stressful experience. I cannot say enough about how Mark took care of everything. He spent an entire weekend with us looking at houses all over the Austin area. Then once our seller accepted our offer, Mark went above and beyond in my opinion. He scheduled inspections and attended them for us since we were in Colorado. Then disaster struck as I lost my job two weeks before our closing. Mark worked with our lender and the seller's agent to solve this problem. Luckily, our home in Colorado sold, and we were able to close on our new house here in Austin just a couple months later. Mark started as our realtor, but I'm happy to call him my friend. Mark and Kristen are great people that I'd highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

I don't even know where to start this review, because I cannot say enough good things about Mark. He went above and beyond at every single turn. We really struggled with the demands of the buyer of our old home, but Mark made certain that it all worked out smoothly. We just purchased our first home, new construction. Not only was Mark Pearce super informative about the decision to resell vs. new build, but he was also a great resource and guide once we signed our contract with the home builder. Despite many ridiculous struggles and frustrations with our builder, Mark helped us make it through the process, fighting for our rights as home buyers, mediating as needed, and overall making us feel comfortable finalizing the purchase.

We want to emphasize how great of a champion we had when it came to receiving what we were promised from the home builder. Several times throughout the process, issues arose with the home builder not coming through with what was promised and Mark ensured that we received everything as agreed upon.
