REALTOR®

Don’t let her “funny Chicago accent” fool you- Liz is a true Austinite! In 1999, Liz earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal/Social Justice with a minor in Business Studies in her home state of Illinois. Soon after, she fell in love with the Lone Star state and made the move to Austin. Liz began her real estate career in 2003 working for a national home builder, where she spent six years honing her experience in both new home sales and interior design. After taking a short break from the real estate world, Liz is excited to return to the work she is most passionate about! Liz’s number one priority is client satisfaction. She finds the best way to help her clients meet their real estate goals is to ask a lot of questions and, most importantly, listen to the answers. Once she has a thorough understanding of what her clients hope to accomplish through a home purchase or sale, Liz goes above and beyond to help guide them toward the best outcome. Liz calls South Austin home, but is also knowledgeable about many neighborhoods across the Austin area. In her free time, Liz enjoys running around Lady Bird Lake.

Liz Reese is a rock-star, and I wouldn't go through the home buying process with anyone else. She's dependable, easy to get a hold of, understanding, knowledgeable, and a source of calm when things get stressful (because we all know, when buying a home, things WILL get stressful). Give Realty Austin a call, and ask for Liz, you won't be disappointed!

Liz was absolutely exceptional, professional, diligent, and most of all went above and beyond what any realtor would have done for us. She was first starting to help me with a home four years ago. It wasn't much money for her as it was only a rental property. But she was energetic, professional, smiling every moment and listened to what I needed! She was a trooper and took me many places all over Austin and then found me the perfect home only 15 minutes from work! I lived there for four years. I then finally reached the point of purchasing a home.

I was reluctant at first to ask her again because she was so helpful before, and I knew I wasn't going to be a big sale being a first time home buyer. I even started with two other Realtors, but they just kept blowing me off. But I was so impressed with how she treated me on my first home, and I thought I would at least ask again. She drove over to my house and took time to explain things, was upfront and NEVER shady about things, she gave me her honest and professional opinions and helped me understand everything about home buying. She went over the beginning stages of home buying where most Realtors just sent us videos or told us to google things. She did more than that. She came to our house, sat down, and told us what to expect!

We then knew we were on the right path with choosing the right Realtor again. Her attention to detail was immaculate, she listened to our needs, and was fun to work with! I couldn't pass that offer up. She showed us a few houses, was always prepared with sheets of descriptions of the house, she was always early, VERY patient, and honestly one of the best Realtors I think you have. After we got everything moving, she was on top of it. The seller's Realtor was awful! They would forget to do things, sign things, etc. Liz was always on top of it, sending me updates, calling, texting, anything she could do to keep things aligned. I even mentioned I wish there was a way to remove the seller's Realtor and all the money go to Liz instead!

Once we reached the closing date, she even drove up to Cedar Park and sat with us the whole time! She still continually explained what to expect, recommended a few ways to handle things that might come up in the future, and how she still made herself available with questions even after the sale. She could have left or not even gone to the close, but she stuck it out to the end. Even when the seller promised some things and didn't follow through, Liz gave us a gift card to cover those expenses! She didn't have to do that; she just made us feel so special. We felt like she was a part of our circle of friends who cared for our needs.

Honestly, one of the best experiences we could have had with a Realtor! Highly recommended and when we are ready for our next home or if we know of anyone who needs a home, we will be sure to suggest Liz Reese!

My brother and his ex-wife owned the home I was involved in selling with. I was a stand-in for my brother with a power of attorney because he was unable to be present for the sale or anything leading up to it due to an illness. Liz Reese was the agent that I worked with, and she did an excellent job guiding my sister in law and me through the process.

Not only did Liz Reese help me sell my home for over the asking price, but she helped me sell it in only two days! I had an incredible experience with her as my realtor. She kept me informed through the entire process and went out of her way to help me navigate the sale of my home in a very short period of time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the Austin market! She's a rock star, thanks Liz!!!

After learning about a sudden job transfer to the Austin, TX area Liz help turn a very stressful situation into a wonderful experience. She helped my wife and I find a wonderful home in the perfect neighborhood. It later became the home that we raised our first born in. Liz was by our side every step of the way making sure that we were comfortable and never had any concerns. Sometimes when you meet people you can tell that they truly care. After your first meeting with Liz you will find that she wants the best for her clients. I highly recommend Liz to anyone looking for a realtor.

Liz sold our home and not only did we have multiple offers right away, we sold for well over the listing price. She did such a great job, we also had Liz represent us as we had our next home built. Since she has many years of experience working with a local builder, she was very helpful throughout the entire building process and even attended the design and construction meetings with us. From the date of our first meeting to the customer service after the sales, we could not have been happier with our choice in real estate agents. Liz makes home buying and selling a great experience. I highly recommend Liz Reese!

Liz was absolutely AMAZING in our first time home buying experience! Things didn't go exactly as planned, but Liz always had a positive attitude, had backup plans, and followed up very regularly. The high sense of urgency, and eagerness to make sure we were comfortable with the process really made us feel she was willing to do everything she could to make sure we were happy. Liz was also very easy to talk to, and very open to any of our questions along the way. She educated us on all aspects of the process, and explained each step very thoroughly. There were several agents we met with prior to choosing Liz to help us find a home. Out of all those agents, she was the clear choice from the first home we toured with her. Not only great attitude, but very professional as well. All of the others seemed like they had to "sell" us and it felt like we were inconveniencing their day. None nearly as helpful. Liz is highly recommended!

After working with two other Realtors I finally found Liz who not only met but exceeded my expectations. She was very attentive to what I was looking for in a house. As a first time home buyer Liz made the process very enjoyable by being accessible to answer questions and made it seem seamless. Her strong negotiation skills were impressive, which was nice to have during that uncomfortable option period. Overall she made my first home buying experience pleasurable!!

Liz was a truly great partner in the home buying process. After finding the right home, Liz was there at every step to give us the information we needed, communicate with the seller, mortgage company, insurer and the title company. She facilitated every step and let us know exactly what we needed along the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Texas. Best agent ever!

We had such an incredible experience working with Liz. We were very lucky to have found her. She was knowledgeable and eager to help in any way she could. I think my favorite thing about working with Liz was how quickly she responded to any questions or concerns we had and how personable she was.  She never made us feel like we couldn't ask her something. Going through the home buying process for the first time was extremely scary, but having her by our side for support and guidance made it so much easier and fun. Liz went above and beyond to meet our needs and clarify things we were confused about. We are truly grateful for everything she has done!
