Meet Lisa McGuire: Born and raised in Austin, Lisa has extensive experience in the Texas real estate market, and has been a real estate investor and property manager for over 20 years, Lisa understands both sides of the real estate industry as a consumer and highly-skilled practitioner. Over the years, Lisa has worked with real estate agents who have exceeded her expectations as well as those who failed to deliver on their promises of quality service, market knowledge and negotiating skill. Her decision to become a real estate agent was driven by her mission as a consumer champion and she takes great pride in consistently adding expert value when helping her clients buy and sell real estate.

Lisa and her husband own rental homes in Austin and Dripping Springs, as well as some commercial properties. I want to tell you what an amazing job Lisa did for us during the purchase of our home in Dripping Springs. She went above and beyond to get the job done after we lost out to two other bids prior to getting this house. After each deal fell through, she contacted us and provided us with the best advice to try once more and, as the saying goes, "Third time is a charm." Since Lisa knows the area, she gave us valuable information to consider when buying a home here, such as issues concerning septic systems and wells, taxes and HOAs. Also, I think she knows every painter, repairman and any other worker I might need and I totally trust that anyone she recommends will do a great job.

Also, the first time we looked at this home, there was a massive playscape in the backyard which was included in the sale of the house. We don't have small children and expected to have to sell or donate it after we moved onto the property. At closing, we were thrilled and relieved to find out that Lisa had handled that for us and asked the sellers to remove it. This is just one more example of how she listens and takes note of what she can do to provide the best service.
