Jennifer is an ambitious agent on a fast track to success. With her knowledge and skills she is an asset to Austin’s real estate market. A native of Houston, Jennifer always knew Austin would be where she would eventually plant her roots. Although she is not considered a true Austinite by local definition, she has spent years eagerly learning everything about this city.

Jennifer has been licensed since 2011, but has been in the real estate field since 2008. Her knowledge, varying from new construction to REO's to resales, makes her a valuable resource for anyone looking at purchasing or selling. Jennifer provides all her clients with industry knowledge while ensuring comfort & ease during what can be a stressful time. From marketing sales strategies to understanding the current market, she aims to stay ahead of the curve.

When Jennifer is not working she spends her spare time volunteering throughout Austin. An advocate for animals, she is a volunteer and foster parent for Austin Boxer Rescue. Jennifer also volunteers with local organizations working to feed the homeless of Austin. When Jennifer isn’t volunteering, you can find her on the sidelines of her son’s multiple sport’s games, walking her dog Scout on Austin trails or soaking up all Austin has to offer.

Jennifer has been great since day one, a year and a half ago when she helped me find the house I was renting previously to this purchase. I knew then that she would take care of business. Jennifer made herself available to answer questions, and show me houses. There was not a single time when I had to wait for a response even on weekends when she was doing her stuff. We had conversations about what I was looking for, and Jennifer pointed out houses to me. During the buying process, she made me feel like I had a big sister looking after me scheduling and explaining the process and answering more questions. I am super pleased with how smooth she made my whole experience. I hope that in the future if I pursue another purchase that she will be available to me. One last thought, the gift basket Jennifer gave me was right up my ally. Everything in it was personable and really showed that she understood who I was, which to me was the icing on the cake!

Jennifer Garza was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring agents I have dealt with in a long time. She helped me get a young family with a newborn baby into a home when they were days away from having to move.
