Jen grew up in the Austin area and has watched the value her own home increase exponentially. She graduated from Texas State University with a BA in advertising and then spent several years in the marketing and event-planning industries. Jen was always curious about real estate and once she finally took the plunge, she never looked back!

Jennifer Murray prides herself on being a professional, yet casual and approachable Realtor® in the Austin-Round Rock metro area. Jen’s main goal is to help her clients realize their real estate dreams, whether it’s to buy their first home, move up to their dream house, downsize after the kids have moved away, or buy/sell/lease for investment purposes. Jen always puts her clients’ needs first.

Jen doesn’t want to be known only as a Realtor®; she wants you to think of her as your resource for all things real estate! When she’s not helping clients buy and sell homes, Jen is busy making contacts and networking to find exceptional resources in the industry: general contractors, licensed electricians, plumbers, handymen, painters, landscaping and lawn care service providers, babysitters, and dog sitters, among others. Whatever you may need for your home or investment property, Jen will strive to help you connect with excellent local service providers.

In addition to being a top agent and a helpful resource, it’s important to Jen to give back to her community. She volunteers with local groups, and she donates a portion of each closing to a local charity. As a pet lover, Jen supports multiple animal shelters, including Austin Pets Alive! and Williamson County Animal Shelter. She supports other causes, as well, such as MAVS (Make A Vet Sweat) and the Austin Police Department/First Responders. She looks forward to getting to know you!

I had a wonderful experience working with Jen! She is an amazing realtor and a wonderful person! We felt like she was dedicated to helping us find what best fit our family's needs financially and physically in regards to the location and layout of our new house. We gave her quite a challenge, and she surpassed the obstacles that were stacked in front of her to help us locate and purchase our house. Last year my husband underwent surgery to remove a brain tumor that left him legally blind. Due to his vision loss, he is unable to work now, so he takes care of things around the house like getting the kids up for school and walking our six-year-old daughter to and from school. We needed a home that would fit into our budget and was also within safe walking distance to an elementary school for our soon to be first grader and a high school for our soon to be ninth grader. If not within walking distance to the schools, then within walking distance to the bus stops. The search was on. It seemed every home we would find and put an offer on we would loose. At one point I was ready to give up, but Jen encouraged us to keep going. If it weren't for her open communication and commitment to us, I would have given up. Each time a house popped on the market, she would be right there ready to take us to see it. She always had the paperwork ready to go for offers for us. Did I mention she only had a few weeks to find a house and get an offer accepted for us along with our other needs? She is fantastic! Her hard work paid off!! Not only did she help us find our new home she helped us achieve our dreams. What better way to celebrate what we have overcome in the last year along with our 10 year anniversary than becoming home owners!! Through this experience we didn't just have a realtor, we had a friend!

Jen is a buyers dream. We ended up with Jen after our prior agent had to withdraw due to personal health reasons. As unfortunate as this was for her, it turned out to be good for us.

We were making trips from NM to view the Austin Metro area, trying to decide whether to reside North or South. She was helpful, especially on Northern properties. She went with us on two of our separate trips to Austin. We had limited time and had to fit quite a few houses in on each trip.

I actually had to come back to Austin by myself as our house in NM went under contract sooner than we had expected. Jen was very helpful in keeping a "woman's" perspective on all the properties we visited.

We finally decided on a house. She got all the inspections and such in before I had to leave back to NM. Such a load off the mind as I headed back to NM. She was also very helpful in negotiations with the sellers on a few inspection items.
