Jeff Geloneck

Broker Associate

Jeff began his career in investment management and corporate finance, guiding both his clients and the company he worked for through various financial transactions. After graduating from Rice with his MBA, Jeff went full force into real estate obtaining his real estate license and starting a residential development company.

Jeff joined Realty Austin in 2019 after working almost exclusively for an Austin based private equity company where he was in charge of sales across the state of Texas. He made the move because he saw the power Realty Austin can provide to better serve all his different types of clients.

Jeff's extensive investment and business acumen have proven to be a valuable tool for his sellers, buyers, and investors. He knows how to get his clients from where they are to where they want to be. He has a Certified Negotiation Expert designation, making him well versed in the art of contract negotiation, which is by far one of the most important skills your Realtor can have. He now has his Broker's license and is a member of ABOR, SABOR, and HAR (Austin, San Antonio, and Houston), which are the three major real estate boards in the state of Texas.

Jeff isn't originally from Austin, but he loves everything Austin has to offer, and that's why he and his family now call it home! Him, his wife, and three kids live in Northwest Austin between Lake Austin and Lake Travis. In his spare time, you can find Jeff and his family enjoying all the outdoor activities Austin has to offer whether it's hiking, running, playing golf, riding bikes, or playing in the lake.
