Kristen Fojtik and Jeff Burke work together as The Fojtik Burke Group.

Kristen Fojtik

Licensed in 2002, Kristen Fojtik has 18 years of experience as Realtor, not only selling in Austin, Texas, since 2010 but also in Virginia, where her career began in both real estate sales and management.

Prior to entering real estate, Kristen worked in both design and advertising, which has proven to be a valuable asset when marketing homes for sale. With a high degree of professionalism, passion for her work, knowledge, credibility, and tough standards, you will see why Kristen has been so successful at building long-lasting relationships with her clients. Her outgoing personality, combined with great attention to detail, proven negotiation skills, quick follow-up, and strong work ethic, make Kristen a standout in her field.

In her time off, Kristen loves to explore Austin with her husband, Gene, and two children, Olivia and Miles. Her family has lived abroad in both Germany and South Korea providing invaluable growth opportunities for her entire family. Kristen also enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, traveling, and cheering on her Virginia Tech football team​. She currently lives in the Lost Creek neighborhood of Westlake with her family.

Jeff Burke

Living in Central Austin, Jeff has called Austin his home since 2013. With over 18 years of experience in multiple disciplines of Residential Real Estate. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989, Jeff began his career as a Financial Advisor with Lehman Brothers. In November of 1992, Jeff co-founded Block Trading Inc and was, in part, credited with nationally commercializing a means of direct-access computerized trading known as SOES (Small Order Execution System) Trading.

Following the success of Block Trading in 1999, Jeff pursued his second passion of architecture, homebuilding, and real estate by establishing PAK Interests, a luxury home building company focused primarily on the highest quality construction in Central and West Houston. With his partner, Stonehenge Classic Homes, he received numerous awards for the design and construction of Houston's most unique properties. In 2010, after the economic meltdown and subsequent housing crisis, Jeff's reflection on his prior experience in creating new levels of transparency in the equities markets led to the question of "Why isn't more data made available to consumers in the residential real estate market?" In 2012 this question, combined with his love for technology, inspired Jeff to create NuHabitat, a real estate listing search platform for Consumers, in an effort to bring improved clarity, speed, and accuracy of property listing information to home Buyers and Sellers. Jeff also became a licensed REALTOR® and joined Nino Properties in Houston to sell real estate and assist with Digital Strategic Planning.

After moving to Austin to further pursue his technology startup, Jeff joined Realty Austin in 2015 as Director of Online Development to assist in the strategic direction and development of their technology suite of tools, serving more than 425 Realtors and approaching $3 billion in annual sales. In 2018, Jeff shifted his focus to become a full-time REALTOR®, exclusively helping Buyers and Sellers to find the perfect home.
Jeff is not only passionate about helping his clients buy and sell homes but also enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, exotic cars, and wake surfing.
