Very few agents specialize in buyers-only representation, making David’s practice a bit rare. Throughout his thirteen year career, David has dedicated himself to serving buyers only. His wife and business partner, Cyndi, is a broker-agent and works with sellers in marketing their homes.

While other agents are busy marketing their Seller’s homes and themselves, David, with his buyer-centric focus, is out showing property and developing superior market knowledge all over the Austin metro area. This experience is invaluable when consulting with his out-of-town clients who know nothing about Austin and are looking for the right location, based on their unique set of complex logistical, lifestyle and budget requirements. David helps them locate the best specific neighborhoods and homes that fit a lifestyle they will truly enjoy for years to come. David has helped individuals and families from all over the United States relocate to neighborhoods in Lakeway, Dripping Springs, South Austin, North Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Point Venture, Lago Vista, Barton Creek, Old Enfield, Balcones, Hyde Park, Spicewood, Dripping Springs, Downtown, and almost every other part of Central Texas, west of Interstate 35, including multiple waterfront homes on Lake Travis and Lake Austin.

David is a strong advocate for his clients; he takes his fiduciary duty to them very seriously, and he is a big believer in the importance of having a seasoned, professional, buyers-only representative as a trusted ally throughout the entire home-buying process. This includes effective, aggressive, negotiations and hands-on involvement in the escrow process all the way through closing

David’s educational background includes a National Merit Scholarship in High School, a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. Prior to becoming a buyer’s agent, he worked for over twenty years in the field of industrial sales to fortune 100 high-tech companies such as Intel and Hewlett Packard, selling industrial robots, high-purity gas valves and fittings, clean-room mini-environments and other industrial capital equipment.

David is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Austin area since 2000. He enjoys acting in community theater productions in Austin and Lakeway and is the featured male vocalist with The Republic of Texas Big Band. He also had the pleasure of singing as a substitute with the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra on their 2017 tour of Texas.

We met David at an open house which we went to on a whim. He did a superb job showing us around, and in his low key manner, he whetted our appetite. We returned for a second visit where we decided on the spot to buy the house. We hadn’t purchased a home in years, and we leaned on him extensively during the negotiations with the seller. David was always quick to help, and he has very extensive knowledge of the real estate business. When things hit a rocky patch, he worked hard to solve the problems. We grew to have absolute confidence in him through the closing. How fortunate we were to meet David. We highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for sound guidance in their real estate adventure. It was a first-rate experience.
