Craig is part of the Watson Team with James Watson.

Craig cites his mentorship with James Watson the past nine years as a life-changing experience. James’ relentless dedication to his clients and their well-being has strongly inspired how he models his own client relationships. 

Craig began his real estate career in 2004 working in the accounting and property management departments of a local real estate development company. In 2010 he joined the James Watson Team, working as James’ assistant and office manager. Utilizing his Communications degree from Sam Houston State University, Craig developed the marketing and branding strategy for the team. 

Working along one of the best agents in Austin motivated Craig to get his own license in 2015, and together made the move to Realty Austin in 2016. Inspired by James’ principals and strong work ethic, Craig strives to bring his clients his determination, positive energy, sincere and direct communication, and solid market knowledge. 

A native Texan, Craig has lived in the Austin since 1998. He enjoys photography, exploring the Hill Country in his Airstream, live music, and the smile on a client’s face when they hold the keys to their new home.

FIRST, I must say that James is a GEM without a doubt. No stars here, this is a 5 Diamond experience! A friend of mine referred me, and I am so very grateful that she did. I was very reluctant to even think about this process, and I had been in my current home for 20+ years. The idea of the process of selling and buying was very scary to me, so I avoided it for years. I was very comforted by her personal experience of selling/ buying more than one property over the years with James. First impressions are important, and I felt very informed, empowered, and excited after my initial meeting with James.

It was invaluable from beginning to end to have his expertise and guidance throughout the entire process. I was free to ask questions when needed, and he was professional and on top of things at all times. The sale of my home was nearly effortless; it seemed to me. The professional pictures definitely helped to market the home in a way that gave optimal advertisement along with professional yard signage and listing.

The buying of my DREAM home was just that, a dream come true. James consistently noted things that I had not thought of and made sure that I was considering all items to be sure to make an informed decision. He is a "fine print reader" for sure. I can't say enough about my experience. I have already told all of my family and friends to call James when the times comes to buy or sell a home.

Lastly, I want to note that James made sure that signing day was a celebration of the great accomplishment and teamwork from us all.
I hated for it to be over, but I was also happy to get the keys to my brand new home. A big THANK YOU to James. We miss him. Please know that if I decide to move again, I will surely be contacting James to lead the way!
