Craig Van Engelen has represented my company in hundreds of residential real estate transactions. These are primarily land purchases and new home sales. He is thorough, insightful, and innovative. His input resulted in award winning home design. He knows the merchandising subtleties to catch the attention of buyers. He is willing to put time in at the model homes to find clients. It is evident he is driven to find ways to close a sale. Clients warm to his confidence, personality, and knowledge. When Craig called to set up a client meeting it almost always resulted in a sale.
