Although she stays busy as a realtor, Brenda still finds time to enjoy everything Austin has to offer. She enjoys walking on the Zilker Hike and Bike Trail along Lady Bird Lake before grabbing a cup of her favorite coffee at Austin Java. One of Brenda’s favorite spots in Austin is the unique bars along Rainey Street. You may also find Brenda enjoying delicious seafood and views of downtown Austin at Truluck's.

Brenda is awesome to work with. Despite this being a strong seller’s market, she worked fast and diligently covering the following areas: Assessing and agreeing the right selling price, which was aggressive; Covering all the paperwork details; Arranging Staging and photography – her partners were excellent; Making herself available for showings, open houses, and last minute viewings; Helping me find a rental home at the right price, location, and finish at VERY short notice; Maintaining contact throughout the closing process and beyond to ensure I was ok and on track; Paying attention to the smallest of details – I love this in a salesperson and look for excellence in execution but also empathy – I don’t believe the adage “It’s just business not personal”. Selling and buying houses is ALWAYS personal to either party and/or both in my opinion. 

Selling my house was a very tough decision and the thing that was MOST important to me was Brenda’s sensitivity around this situation. I was selling my home that I had a huge attachment to, as did my son, and it was a very emotional process and situation to be in. I explained this to her and I felt she understood this and did whatever she could to make things as easy as possible and to take away any barriers that could have had a negative impact on the sale, process, and my feelings during this time.

Brenda is absolutely great.  Why stop at 5 “stars” when she is clearly a 10.  Brenda Sours is the cream of the crop, the best of the best.  Brenda is totally unbelievable – I must deal in specifics, see actual date on any potential property, i.e. zoning ( I do not wish to have a concrete factory or 7-11 store next door)  I need the survey, must see the electric/plumbing/gas bills – Brenda would have every bit of the data I required.  She would also provide the phone numbers to the zoning contact for the city.  My wife required the perfect house – I required the perfect acreage to allow me to bow hunt.  Could not possibly tell you how many houses we reviewed in total (online and in person – due to the data Brenda provided and the towns we knew – Wimberley, San Marcos, Johnson City, Llano, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake and the list goes on.  The “perfect” home was purchased just outside of Boerne, Texas on seven acres with private river access to the Guadalupe River (and yes, I can bow hunt).  Talk about a great personality, able to visit with anyone (owners, clients, vendors – set up inspections,etc)  Brenda can do it all.  We know a host of others who will be searching for the perfect home.  We will direct them to Brenda Sours.
