This quickly led to many purchases of run-down properties that she would fix up and "flip" - before "flipping" was even a thing! Ashley went on to run a remodeling company for several years before becoming a builder. She has been building in the Austin area for over 20 years for the likes of David Weekley Homes, Ryland Homes, and Ashton Woods Homes.

When not working with clients or on her property, Ashley and her family enjoy visiting Hamilton Pool, eating out at Creek Road Café and Torchy's Tacos, exploring the local Texas wineries, and catching a movie at the Moviehouse and Eatery or the new Sky Cinema at Belterra Village. Ashley lives on acreage and, in her free time, enjoys spending time there with her family and pets, including horses, goats, chickens, a dog, cats, and more.

Ashley went above and beyond for us in the sale and purchase of our dream home, and we could not be happier! My wife and I got to work with Ashley on both the sale and purchase of our new home recently, and the results on both ends could not have come out better. With her vast knowledge of the current trends in home building and property upgrades, she was able to guide us in making the right decisions that ultimately got us top dollar for our home. On the purchasing side, Ashley's home building knowledge came into play again in a huge way. She was able to point out so many things on prospective homes that could either be a problem down the road or pointed out the upgrade potential and what that would entail, helping us not feel overwhelmed or blindsided. I do not believe you will find another agent that has the same level of knowledge of what is actually happening inside the home or the passion for getting a client whatever it is that they are looking for.
