Avid Golfer Magazine rates Avery Ranch #1 for "Best Overall Course" and "Best Clubhouse."

What are some negatives of living in The Ranch at Brushy Creek? The Ranch at Brushy Creek has a slightly higher price point than some of the communities in Cedar Park, so you're paying a bit of a premium for the homes, the location, and all of the great features. Additionally, development in the community is ongoing, so construction traffic and noise in the newer areas could deter some prospective buyers. The trade off is that you get a beautiful home in an exclusive community, right next to the area's best hike and bike trails and a championship golf course, and it's all just minutes from anything else you need in the city.
