of the negative to living in Steiner Ranch are that property taxes are
relatively high and its unique location makes a commute into downtown

Oasis is located on Lake Travis right across RR 620 from Steiner Ranch.
Often called the "Sunset Capital of Texas," The Oasis boasts the
largest seating capacity of any restaurant in Texas, with multiple
decks overlooking spectacular sunsets nightly. There are several other
restaurants in close proximity as well.
Where do people shop for groceries?
There is the Market at Steiner Ranch, but most people go to the Four Points HEB in Cedar Park about 10 minutes away.
Where do people workout?
Most people work out at the Wild Basin Fitness Center or at the Ernie Reyes Martial Arts Center that offers cardio kick boxing.

The
community centers have activities directors that plan organized sports
to take advantage of the sports fields and courts throughout the
community.

RR 620 can get relatively congested during traffic hours.
