Scofield Farms is a master-planned community located close to I-35 and MoPac, between Parmer and Howard Lane.

What is the average price of the homes in Scofield Farms?

The average sales price in Scofield Farms is $233,704, with home prices ranging from the $170's to the high $200's.

What is the average age of the homes?

Scofield Farms offers resale homes that were built between 1992 and 2002 by David Weekley, Newmark, Hammonds (now Meritage) and Wilshire Homes.

What is the average size of the homes?

The homes range in size from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet.

Scofield Farms' location is very convenient. Residents can live in a newer home and still be in a desirable location in Austin. There is easy access to MoPac and I-35. There are also many major employers close by, including Dell, IBM, Samsung, Austin Diagnostic Center, UT Balcones Research Center, National Instruments, and Time Warner. The neighborhood is separated into 2 different sections, which have different Homeowners' Associations and management companies. Scofield Farms and the Park at Scofield Farms make up one section, and the Ridge at Scofield Farms is in the other section. Many people like the original section of Scofield Farms because it has more mature trees and landscape. Others like the newest section of the Ridge at Scofield because of the newer houses.

What are the public schools like nearby?

Scofield Farms offers a great school system and is located in Pflugerville ISD. Students attend Parmer Lane Elementary, Westview Middle School, and Connally High School.

Scofield Farms offers great amenities, such as a community pool and playground. There is also a walking trail along Metric as well as Scofield Ridge Parkway. There is a great park right in the middle of the neighborhood on Scofield Farms Drive. This is city-owned property, but is very much enjoyed by Scofield residents. Scofield is an involved community that hosts many activities to bring the neighborhood together. There is a neighborhood garage sale in the spring and fall, as well as an Easter Egg Hunt, Jazz in the Park, 4th of July Parade, National Night Out, Ice Cream Social, and Halloween and Christmas Parties. There is an active board with four board members as well as committee chairs.

Where do people go out to eat?

The Domain shopping center is one of the newest attractions nearby, with many fine dining restaurants and upscale retail stores.

Where do people shop for groceries?

There are a lot of stores close to Scofield Farms, including HEB, Super Target, and Super Walmart.

Where do people workout?

There are a number of gyms just a few minutes away, and walking trails in and around the area.

How long does it take to commute downtown from Scofield Farms?

The downtown commute with traffic is about 30 to 40 minutes, and without traffic, it's about 10 to 15 minutes.
