There will always be traffic at certain parts of the day; however, there are many routes to take to downtown from the community.

The commute to downtown is approximately 20 minutes, but keep in mind that it is much closer than you think and simply seems longer because we need to go around the lakes.

The airport is approximately 35 minutes from the community.
