Costa Bella is an estate-style community. On average, home sizes are 4,000 square feet and up.

How long do homes stay on the market?

Because Costa Bella is the most exclusive waterfront community on Lake Travis, homes move fast even for this price range. The average time for homes to sell in the community is between 4 and 8 months, which is extremely fast when you consider that the average price for a home is in the mid-$2 millions.
