How long do homes stay on the market?

Homes typically stay on the market for about 4 months.

Why do residents choose to live in Belterra?

Lots of reasons! There are lots up to an acre in size, builders with excellent reputations, trails, parks, greenbelts, underground utilities, a first-class pool complex and recreation center, and a convenient location off Hwy 290.

What are some the negatives of living there?

There are still a lot of new homes being built, so there is some construction traffic and the homes can be a little harder to resell with stiff competition from builders.

What are the public schools like?

The elementary school is located right in the neighborhood, which is super convenient for kids who want to walk or ride their bikes to school. Dripping Springs ISD’s elementary schools and middle school have earned “Recognized” ratings from the Texas Education Agency.

How close are the schools?
