Hyde Park is one of Austin's oldest and most historic neighborhoods. A majority of homes in the area were built in the 1910's to the 1950's. Many of the homes are smaller, bungalow-type residences with a great deal of character and charm.What is the average size of the homes?
While you can find homes ranging from 900 to 3,000-plus square feet in Hyde Park, the average home is roughly 1,200 to 1,500 square feet.How long do homes stay on the market?
