What makes you an expert in Silver Oak? After living in the Cedar Park and Leander area for over 10 years, I have seen the growth and development take place. Also, my children have been widely involved in school and community sports, allowing me to meet other city residents and increase my knowledge of Silver Oak and many of the city's other neighborhoods.
