Additionally, development in the community is ongoing, so construction traffic and noise in the newer areas could deter some prospective buyers. The trade off is that you get a beautiful home in an exclusive community, right next to the area's best hike and bike trails and a championship golf course, and it's all just minutes from anything else you need in the city.

They're all great schools, but if you have your heart set on one in particular, be sure to find out what schools serve your address before you purchase.
