The number of new listings was down 22.73%,
The number of homes under contract was down 36.10%,
The number of homes sold was down 38.25%,
The average sales price decreased 13.12% to $223,971 compared to $257,796 for the same week in 2007,
The number of active listings increased 4.83% from 11,457 to 12,010.
