October in Austin wouldn't be the same without music and film (don't miss this year's Austin City Limits Music Festival and Austin Film Festival), but combine that with goblins, ghouls and ghosts and you've got one heck of a fun month! In October, Austin homes become graveyard sites perfect for ghosts to haunt and Austin homeowners open their doors to trick-or-treaters of every walking creature in sight! Batmans, zombies, and Lady Gagas flood neighborhood streets in search for treats. And it wouldn't be complete without pumpkin laterns to flicker setting the mood for the witching hours of the night. So in lieu of the Halloween spirit, we've put together a list of our favorite pumpkin patches in Central Austin to get your little monsters ready for Halloween!

So excited to get pumpkins! Have you ever been to Sweetberry Farm up in Marble Falls? I've heard good things about them, as well, but it might be easier to stay in town and just go to one of the spots you included.
