Bio
Yvette is a native Texan who is proud to call Austin her home for the last 12 years. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio and became a licensed Realtor in 2000. As a Realtor, Yvette has enjoyed a very successful career as a multi-million dollar producer focusing on the unique needs of home buyers. Yvette has found her niche helping families who are relocating to Austin in search of a certain lifestyle. Her caring touch and passionate approach to her client's goals also make her uniquely qualified to manage the needs of relocating employees and their families.
Yvette is a licensed Real Estate broker in the State of Texas. Less than 1% of Realtors ever achieve their broker's license due to the education, training and experience required. Yvette is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with specialized training on the unique needs of home buyers as well as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Yvette spends time focusing on your goals, explaining your options and providing the excellent service you expect and deserve.
Yvette and her husband Jonathan run the #11 real estate firm in Austin, Realty Austin. In their free time they enjoy spending time on Lake Austin with their two girls, Alyssa and Avery. Yvette's other hobbies include snowboarding, scuba diving, reading, and sailing.

When I decided to relocate my company from San Francisco to Austin, the rapidly approaching start of the school year meant we had about 30 days to find temporary housing in the right school district, find a local realtor who new the Austin area, and figure out how to navigate an unknown town and real estate market. Yvette's real forte is finding the perfect house for your particular needs, and making the buying process as smooth as anything we'd ever experienced. Thanks to the web site she'd set up and the comments we'd been sharing, we were all on the same page the very first time we went out to look at homes. But we still looked at literally every home in the area which met our criteria, and the whole time Yvette listened, honestly advised us, and kept careful track of our likes and dislikes. We were never rushed, and we could tell that Realty Austin was working to find not just a sale, but the perfect home for our family.
As luck would have it, THE perfect home did come up on the MLS listings one day, and Yvette spotted it, called, and arranged to meet us there within 90 minutes of its listing. The home met literally every criteria we'd hope for, and a few we didn't think we'd find. We decided to write an offer on the spot, and we'd have never been in such a perfect position if Yvette hadn't known our tastes so well and moved so fast to make it happen.
