Yvette is a native Texan who is proud to call Austin her home for the last 12 years.  She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio and became a licensed Realtor in 2000.  As a Realtor, Yvette has enjoyed a very successful career as a multi-million dollar producer focusing on the unique needs of home buyers.  Yvette has found her niche helping families who are relocating to Austin in search of a certain lifestyle.  Her caring touch and passionate approach to her client's goals also make her uniquely qualified to manage the needs of relocating employees and their families.

Yvette is a licensed Real Estate broker in the State of Texas.  Less than 1% of Realtors ever achieve their broker's license due to the education, training and experience required.  Yvette is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) with specialized training on the unique needs of home buyers as well as a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI).  Yvette spends time focusing on your goals, explaining your options and providing the excellent service you expect and deserve.

Yvette and her husband Jonathan run the #11 real estate firm in Austin, Realty Austin.  In their free time they enjoy spending time on Lake Austin with their two girls, Alyssa and Avery.  Yvette's other hobbies include snowboarding, scuba diving, reading, and sailing.

When I decided to relocate my company from San Francisco to Austin, the rapidly approaching start of the school year meant we had about 30 days to find temporary housing in the right school district, find a local realtor who new the Austin area, and figure out how to navigate an unknown town and real estate market. We were up for the adventure, though, and so we began what we were sure would be the very, very difficult job of trying to get the lay of the land from 1200 miles away!

Fortunately for us, one of our first calls was to Yvette Boatwright of Realty Austin, and with that, half the work was done, and we knew we'd found the best possible Realtor.
