Todd has a conservative approach, which is "Listen first, and Respond second." By conducting business this way it saves time and allows him to focus on each client's individual needs. He is very personable and stays flexible in his approach to meet the unique needs of every client.
To sum it up, Todd has one simple motto, which is "Bringing Integrity Back to Real Estate.

Todd is a full-time REALTOR and has represented over 1,000 clients since he started his real estate career in 2000. During that time he owned the 38th top producing Re/Max Real Estate team in the Nation, was named among the top ½ % of all Realtors in Austin, was featured in several Real Estate Publications and was listed among "Madison's Who's Who of Real Estate professionals." Todd is very well respected in the industry, a sage advisor, and most importantly a shrewd negotiator.

Todd is a proud father of two children, and relocated to Austin for them to have a better life and education.  Todd relocated from Las Vegas where he learned and honed the Real Estate profession.  Todd’s biggest passion in life are his children, and he spends most of his free time at his children’s events or cruising Lake Travis.  Todd has been living his life’s accomplishments on a daily basis, by being a loving father, devoted husband, and a successful entrepreneur.

Todd sold my son a condo a year or two past. Last November, Todd made time to meet with me, discussed what my needs were. I worked with Todd's listing emails as well as other data sources for about 6 weeks, then returned to Austin with a shopping list mapped out. I returned to Austin Jan 16 and Todd picked me up at my hotel at 9AM the next morning, and 3 hours later I made an offer. It would have been easy for Todd to steer us towards that move (in turn getting two deals) as he knew that we were excited about the house, but he was honest with us and I'm very glad that we did not go that route due to what is (or rather what is not) going on in that particular neighborhood. Additionally, we are excited about the home that we are currently having built and feel that it is a better choice for us and our family. He didn't KNOW for sure that we would find something else in the future and, if so, choose him as the realtor. Even so, he still gave us his honest advise. When we were ready to move forward on the new home and selling our Savanna Lane home, contacting Todd again was just natural.
