Todd Bailey - Bio

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Todd moved to Austin eight years ago and embarked on his real estate career in October 2002.

Todd's professional accomplishments include a Texas Real Estate Broker's license, a license held by less that 1% of Realtors because of the education, training and experience required.  Todd is a multi-million dollar producer, closing $6 million last year alone, despite the challenges of the struggling economy.  He attributes his success, in part, to his strong extended network of trusted families and colleagues; creative marketing strategies; savvy negotiating skills; and his commitment to hard work, excellent customer service and an enjoyable experience for every client.

Over the past eight years Todd has diligently strived to familiarize himself with many of the different demographic niches in Austin, recently specializing in Central Austin and Downtown living, where he currently resides. His broad demographic knowledge, coupled with his expertise both in lease and purchase/sell transactions, makes Todd uniquely qualified to help a variety of clients across the city.

Todd's leadership skills, honed at a young age as a Colorado Ski Patrol, and at Schreiner University as captain of the golf team, and president of the Theta Sigma Beta fraternity, as well as his current volunteer work with Meals on Wheels, all have contributed to his ability to manage stressful situations and act as a valuable resource.  For example, he can act as sounding board for important decisions, break down complex information into simple explanations, and assist his clients through the entire process of their transition--whether it be buying their dream home, leasing a condo downtown, downsizing without sacrificing lifestyle, or thinking through options for a lake house or second home.

Todd loves the lifestyle that Austin has to offer and enjoys sharing his cultural expertise with residents new to Austin.  He is an accomplished Bikram yoga practitioner, and enjoys wake surfing, golfing, skiing and spending time with his dog, Kali, at Lady Bird Lake.
