A Texas Christian University alumnus, Tammy enjoyed a thriving 13 year career in the highly competitive apparel industry before making her career move to real estate. Where to begin? As first-time home-buyers, we knew very little. Tammy was such a great resource - she gave us tons of detailed information about about the home buying process, Austin neighborhoods, and was a wonderful advocate in the negotiating process. Specifically, we were looking for seller-financing (which wasn't easy) but she found several properties that matched our very narrow criteria. When we found a house, she negotiated an additional $2500 off of the price (after a contract had been signed with the owner). She was professional, smart and a wonderful advocate to have on our side.
