A Texas Christian University alumnus, Tammy enjoyed a thriving 13 year career in the highly competitive apparel industry before making her career move to real estate. With a solid record of marketing, leadership, and entrepreneurial successes along with a zeal for real estate, Tammy’s real estate career quickly took root. Tammy focuses her strengths on helping families relocating to Austin to make Austin their new home. She covers central, east, west, and surrounding Austin and Lake Travis neighborhoods.
Community Involvement
Mother of two preschool age children, Tammy is an avid fan of the Austin lifestyle and is actively involved in the community. She regularly volunteers with the Austin Museum of Art and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Austin Board of Realtors. Where to begin? As first-time home-buyers, we knew very little. Tammy was such a great resource - she gave us tons of detailed information about about the home buying process, Austin neighborhoods, and was a wonderful advocate in the negotiating process. Specifically, we were looking for seller-financing (which wasn't easy) but she found several properties that matched our very narrow criteria. When we found a house, she negotiated an additional $2500 off of the price (after a contract had been signed with the owner). She was professional, smart and a wonderful advocate to have on our side.
