Bio
Since 2001, Talitha has been helping people buy and sell homes in Austin. With her love of people, her strong work ethic, and listening skills, Talitha has the confidence to negotiate a fair deal while always taking excellent care of her clients.
For six years, Talitha owned One City Properties, a boutique real estate company located in east Austin. Although Talitha is considered to be one of the cities foremost experts in east Austin, she is knowledgeable and passionate about all of Austin’s older, central neighborhoods. Talitha has also negotiated the sales of agricultural properties, condos and warehouses. Working with commercial clients has offered her the unique pleasure of helping many local businesses buy or lease the perfect place to thrive.
A native Austinite, Talitha loves being part of this growing, vibrant city. She especially enjoys welcoming newcomers to Austin, and helping them find the most suitable neighborhoods for their lifestyles. She considers herself very fortunate to have worked with so many interesting buyers; from stockbrokers, artists, filmmakers, teachers, carpenters, lawyers, writers, gamers, designers, architects, musicians... In Austin, there is a perfect space for each unique individual. Talitha’s passion is finding it, and making the process smooth and enjoyable.
Prior to real estate, Talitha worked in restaurant management and is currently part owner of a Tex-Mex restaurant in south Austin. She lives in east Austin with her husband, artist Joseph Phillips and their son Fin.
