Personal Mission Statement

Rosalia gets YOU Extraordinary Results! She dedicates her time assisting Austinites, out-of-state and international buyers, sellers, investors and companies relocating to Austin, Texas, in buying, selling and investing in real estate (homes, multi-family, commercial, lots, farm/ranches, acreage, short sales and foreclosures). Rosalia was born in Hong Kong and obtained her degrees in Medical Technology, Computer Science and Project Management in the US. She relocated to Austin in 2002 from San Francisco, Silicon Valley. Excelling as a PMI certified Project Manager (PMP), Rosalia gained many years of experience in information technology, consulting services, business development/management for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq/HP and Sun Microsystems in the US and Asia Pacific.

Experience

Since her move to Austin in 2002, Rosalia has provided "Nordstrom-level" real estate service to her clients moving to and around Austin. She is a bilingual real estate consultant, fluently speaking and writing both English and Chinese, which includes Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese and Taiwanese.

Understanding her clients interests, Rosalia also has a specialization in Feng Shui (spatially arranging objects to strengthen positive spiritual energy).
