I can't say enough great things about Rela...I have been working with her for awhile now - she actually helped me find my apartment when I moved here. I was so impressed with her that I told her when I am ready to buy I will reach out to you. We've been looking on and off for over a year and she has been patient, pleasant and ALWAYS had my best interest at heart. I've been in sales all my professional career and I tell you that you are very lucky to have Rela on your team. She is organized, diligent, smart and put my needs before her own. I relied heavily on her during this process and she always had the answers and presented them to me in a way I could understand. She went way above and beyond the call of duty.

This will be a long and enthusiastic review because I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rela! She is not your typical locator. I was constantly surprised by how far she exceeded my expectations throughout working with her.

A lot of locators just want to place you and get rid of you, but Rela will truly work to find you the right place. She never made me feel like I needed to rush my decision. I think this is rare in real estate. She picked me up, always on time, stayed on top of new availabilities, and much of the time she knew more about the property than the property-leasing agent themselves.

She has an extremely keen eye for detail, most likely due to the fact that she is actually an engineer, and will notice and point out things you might not think of. She will make sure you don’t get jerked around and that you get the best deal possible. She crunches numbers to help you figure out confusing pro-rating specials, free months, extra fees. She even measured the space to make sure my couch would fit there! Most importantly, she did not waste a moment of my time showing me places that did not meet my criteria, were out of my price range, etc.

Rela is wonderful! My husband randomly found her when we were moving to Austin from Boston in October 2009, and she helped find us our first apartment here. Fast forward a year and a half later, and we went back to her when we were ready to buy a house.
