The phrase “real estate” can elicit so many different responses from people. For Patrick Birdsong, the first two words that come to mind are “home” and “wealth”. The first word that should come to your mind is “experience”.

Finding the right Home is the first and most important part of what Patrick does to help his clients buy and sell real estate. Everyone needs a place to live. More importantly, everyone needs a place where they feel comfortable, safe and a part of a community. Patrick’s pursuit of matching a client with their home is purposeful and a true passion. Listening to his clients’ needs and wants and interpreting them is his biggest strength.

A mentor once told Patrick that, “you make all of your money when you buy a home”.  He knows the Austin the real estate market and has the experience and superior judgment to help you not only own a home, but create a wealth-building investment at the same time.

Wealth in real estate can be accomplished two ways—building equity in your home and by investing in real estate. Matching clients with their dream homes comes first. Experience comes from a combination of knowledge and time spent acquiring that knowledge.  Patrick is a second generation Realtor who learned about real estate at a very early age. His first rehab-resell project was at the age of 17 and paid for his first two-years of college.  Having spent 9 years listing and selling real estate in Austin has put Patrick consistently in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. He also gives back to my industry by speaking and educating across the country. This has allowed Patrick to learn from some of the best agents in the country. Patrick wants to make your home buying or selling experience the best it can possibly be.

Austin is addictive. It has a spirit and energy that is intoxicating. Running it’s trails, swimming in it’s springs, reading a book in it’s coffee houses, eating it’s food all has a spiritual quality to it. Living in Austin is a privilege. Sharing this vibrant city with his beautiful wife is a dream come true.
