Experience

Matthew Ditlow joined Realty Austin in October of 2010 as an Associate Broker.  He specializes in condominium conversions, luxury homes, investment properties, and commercial/residential land and leasing.

Matt received his B.S. degree in Commerce/Marketing from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.  Matt has been a consistent top producer and received the Texas broker license, which is held by less than 1% of Realtors.  Since 2007, Matt has represented and sold out three condominium complexes with total volume exceeding 150 units.   

Matt is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), the Mexican Association of Professional Realtors (AMPI), and is a Charter Member of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI-Austin Chapter).
