Marcia has lived in Texas all her life and is very knowledgeable about Austin and its surrounding communities. Before becoming a REALTOR, Marcia worked for several years in the high tech industry. However, she finds that being a REALTOR and working with people on a personal level is much more rewarding.
Marcia currently resides in Cedar Park with her loving husband, two beautiful daughters, and two lovable dogs. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with friends and family. She also enjoys reading, working on her yard, and shopping for that fabulous deal.

Marcia helped me discover where I needed to BE. I started in Sun City, it was in a Sun City Angelina plan home that she and I first met, and it was an Angelina plan that I ended up buying some 8 months later. But, in the meantime, Marcia showed me every house I found on the internet in my price range, both in Austin and Georgetown. She prepared two contingent sales contracts on two separate properties, one in Oldtown Georgetown and one in Serenada, which took time and effort. Even though these did not work out, the process was very helpful...because it made me more certain of my final decision to buy in Sun City Georgetown. And, it also helped me be rational about the price of home I could afford. Her presentation of my lakehouse was very professional as well. She had some wonderful pictures taken of the interior and exterior that really showed the property off well. She also helped me add some finishing touches to the staging of my house that presented it better in the photos. It was also very encouraging to be able to read the email feedback after realtors showed the property.
