Loren Hall - Bio

Loren brings over 9 years of diversified industry experience to her residential practice.  She loves helping people obtain their ideal home and make sales they feel good about, and is dedicated to making real estate transactions profitable and pleasurable for her Clients. As a full-time Realtor, Loren is available to her clients 7 days a week and provides the first class service you expect from a professional.

She primarily works with homebuyers and sellers in Central and Urban Austin and the suburban Hill Country. She also assists in-town and out of state individuals and families looking for affordable cash-flowing properties to add to their investment portfolio. In addition, she has represented choice investors and builders in selling out their infill developments, recently selling a luxury multi-unit Tarrytown development in under 7 months, with an average sales price of $450K. In addition to being a full-time Realtor, she also grows and manages a small portfolio of income producing investment property.

Loren lives in Downtown Austin with her dog Pashi, and loves the simplicity, ease, and energy of urban living. Real estate is her passion and she feels blessed to have fun and be inspired by her work. She enjoys spending time on the Town Lake trail, lifting weights at Pure Austin gym, swimming at Barton Springs and Quarry Lake, and reading. She also loves walking or biking to her favorite downtown entertainment, dining and nightlife destinations.

Now a proud Texan, she was raised in Newport Beach, California, attended local public schools and spent time in Girl Scouts, Cotillion, horseback riding and of course, at the beach. After graduating from Laguna Beach High, she  moved to Paris, France to attend The American University of Paris for her first two undergraduate years. During her time living overseas, she traveled to London, Stratford-upon-Avon, Florence, Tuscany, Venice, Munich, Amsterdam, Marbella, Champagne, Prague and Vienna. She finished her BA in Philosophy at Occidental College and graduated in 2002 with Mortar Board Honors. After college, she spent over 4 years working for a boutique commercial real estate development firm based in Orange County, where she gained firsthand experience in every stage of real estate development- from market studies and cost projection to construction, finish out and marketing. During this time she also purchased, renovated and sold a Silver Lake bungalow. In 2006, she took the profits from the sale and moved to Austin to practice residential real estate in one of the coolest cities in the world.
