Linda Traylor - Bio

Real estate is Linda’s passion for good reason. Four generations ago her family settled in the Austin and Central Texas area, buying and selling real estate.  Since then real estate investment and new home construction have been her family business.  Due to her background, she has the knowledge and expertise to offer the best service to her clients.  Some of her specialties include waterfront and golf course estates, new home construction and builder lots, and investment and resale properties in the Austin and surrounding areas.  

Currently with 39 listings, she was ranked as the top listing agent with listings in the MLS in 2010 and 2011 as well as other real estate achievements including 2006-2008 Top Producer and 2006-2007 Top Lot Sales Producer.  She has an Economics degree from the University of Texas with a minor in business.  She’s involved in the Austin Luxury Network, National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Austin Board of Realtors.

Besides her love for real estate is her passion for helping clients realize their dreams.  She loves working with buyers and sellers in all price points and finds every transaction different and exciting.  In today’s changing real estate market, thinking outside of the box on contracts and financing is the key to completing a successful real estate transaction.  

Equestrian horseback riding, traveling, cooking and just enjoying family and friends are activities that round out her life. She also volunteers for different charities such as the Center for Child Protection, The Women’s Fund, the Junior League of Austin, the Eanes Education Foundation and Habitat for Humanity
