Personal Mission Statement
Linda's personal mission is to make certain through her honesty, knowledge and expertise that her clients are very well educated with the entire process of buying or selling their home. Knowledge of the market place has a trumendous impact on your decision making process of your home buying or selling experience. With todays technology, it provides the ability to produce well documented information in a quick and accurate time frame. This enables Linda to present the marketing and the research that her clients are provided to better assist them in their decision making process. Linda's honesty and years of earned integrity gives her the ability to provide great personalized service in assisting you make a financially sound decision.
Experience
Linda has been in residential real estate serving the Austin area for the last sixteen years. Eleven and a half of those years have been spent working with three different builders in Southwest Austin neighborhoods, receiving numerous sales awards with the Home Builders Association along with being the top-agent with the builders that she has been with thoughout the years of service of a on-site agent. After her time working with home builders, Linda's primary focus is completely on residential real estate, her true passion.
She also has experience with selling Luxury Homes in the West Lake Hills, Lakeway, Central Austin and Northwest Austin areas.
Education
Linda attended school in Honolulu Hawaii. In Hawaii, she attended the University of Hawaii graduating with a degree in Accounting/CPA.

With all of her years of experience in new home building and construction, there's unlimited amounts of information she can provide for her clients. Linda's years of experience working for builders has given her an understanding of the building process and an insight into new home sales. Linda makes sure her clients gain from her experience and are aware of all of the underlying details that go along with the home buying and selling processes.

Personal
Born and raised in Seoul Korea, Linda moved to Hawaii and called it home for an extensive period of time. Linda began her real estate career in The States after her mother decided to move to Austin. A year after her mother had moved to Austin, Linda packed her bags and found her way to Austin, Texas. Linda has been in Austin for the last 25 years. Austin is definitely her home now.

I hope this message finds you doing well. I am writing for a number of reasons…however, the main reason is to say Thank You for all that you have done for me over the past few years pertaining to my home in Sierra Vista! I can not tell you how often I am reminded of all the help you provided me and the superb customer service you provided me throughout my home buying process…which has actually continued to this day. On a recent work trip to Orlando for a National Sales Meeting, I was reminded just how important and meaningful customer service can be. The airline I chose to fly lost one of my bags, which is the third time this has happened (shame on me for continuing to fly this particular airline). I am very realistic and understanding and I know that this is part of life…however, in dealing with the airline and trying to locate/recover my bag has been a very negative process. Their customer service has been atrocious…which is where you come in!
Some may say that I can be hypersensitive to customer service, whether it is good or bad. I am a sales professional that also pays very close attention to the entire sales process when I am involved on either side of the transaction. Honestly, I learned more from you than ANYONE when it comes to customer service, customer satisfaction, accountability, responsibility, integrity, pride, and work ethic. I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart (I know you know this because you and I have become friends through the process and you have heard me say these things almost every time I communicate with you!). I will be forever thankful for you and everything you did for me as a customer and more importantly, a person.
Buying a new home is a very daunting and challenging process, especially when it is your first time, which was the case with me. I had so many questions from day one and somehow, you ALWAYS found the answer. I emphasize the word “found” because if you didn’t have the answer to my question, you dropped EVERYTHING you were doing to find me the correct answer. You honestly made me feel as if I was the ONLY customer you were working with and everything revolved around me. You have always been honest and very straightforward with me…even if you knew if it was something I didn’t want to hear, you told me the truth anyway and never hid behind someone else or your company.
The thing that made me smile the most was early on in the process when I spoke with two people that had worked with you in the past. When I told them that Linda Takenaka was selling me my house, they looked at me with all honestly and told me that I could not be in better hands. Although you had already proven to me that you were the best, having that reaffirmed by a Real Estate professional and a recent customer of yours sealed the deal. It did not end there.
If I had to single out what truly signified and solidified your passion for helping your customers, it would be the following. Approximately mid-way through my home buying experience with you and Capital Pacific, after I was already 100% committed, you were transferred to another neighborhood/development and I was assigned another salesperson. You could have easily moved on to your new assignment and focused your efforts on your new customers. You proactively remained in constant communication with me to ensure that everything was running smoothly and flawlessly for me. When I informed you that it wasn’t, you again dropped everything you were doing and stepped in and took the reigns to personally guarantee my happiness and satisfaction. Even after I had finally moved in and fulfilled my dream of becoming a home owner, you helped me again with issues that arose and new challenges I was facing at that time.
