Jolene Weinstein - Bio

Jolene started her professional career in the legal industry. She spent the last 6 of her 15 years of her career working as a Principal Manager. Jolene flourished as an administrator utilizing her considerable talents of leadership, organization, accuracy, technology, and time management.

In 2002, Jolene made the switch to the Real Estate business and her family moved to Utah. It didn’t take long for other Realtors and Real Estate organizations to learn that Jolene could teach them many valuable perspectives and processes to better manage their respective businesses. She was recruited by many agents, teams, and brokers to show them how to improve their businesses through automation, so they too could provide their clients with the best customer experience available.

Jolene has received numerous awards and nominations from her previous Real Estate board. She was nominated for “Realtor of Year” and received “An Every Day Hero” award for leading an effort to collect and deliver thousands of pounds of aid to the New Orleans area after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. After two years serving as Chair for the Equal Housing Committee, she was nominated to serve on the Board of Directors for Weber North Davis Association of Realtors.  During her time at Weber North Davis Association of Realtors, Jolene was able to attend many leadership seminars and camps while serving as Committee Chairman.

After moving back to Austin in 2008, Jolene joined Premier Realty as an Office / Property Manager. After one year, she became a Managing Partner at Premier Realty to focus on growing the business.  In January 2011, Jolene and her partners made a decision to move to Realty Austin after Jolene was recruited to manage the Lakeway branch.

As a native Texan, Jolene loves living in the Austin area, especially Lakeway.  She and her husband moved back to Austin from Utah, after spending more than 5 years here in the mid 1990’s. Austin is where she met her husband Ray, “a Dell Professional,”  where they decided to raise her now 14 year old daughter, Mikail.  Jolene and her family are proud supporters of the Lake Travis Cavaliers who have won record setting 5 consecutive state high school titles.
