Jeff Ferguson - Bio

Jeff has been working in the Austin Real Estate arena since 2000.  He loves working with clients to find just the right area and home for their needs. He has over a decade of experience working for two of the Nation’s largest homebuilders, which gives him an unparalleled knowledge when it comes to purchasing a new home from a homebuilder.  Through a series of questions and answers, he is able to exactly match the unique requirements of each client: neighborhoods and amenities, school locations and attributes, recreational and sports venues, churches and shopping convenience. He is an expert in the South Austin, Buda and Kyle markets after selling homes in that area for the past 10+ years, but is knowledgeable on all things Austin!
 
Jeff was born in Houston, graduated from Clements High School in Sugar Land and received his BBA in Marketing from Texas State University in San Marcos in 1999.  After graduation, Jeff married his college sweetheart, Melinda, and they agreed to make Austin their choice as an ideal location to explore their common interests … music, food and family.  Since moving to Austin in 2000, Jeff and Melinda have  grown to love the city life that is offered in this amazing town.  He and his family are huge music fans and love to attend all the unique festivals Austin has to offer.  In his spare time, Jeff loves to hang out with his two boys, Jacob 7 and Zachary 4.  He also plays guitar, golf, and loves Hill Country rides on his Ducati.
