Personal Mission Statement
Bringing families and homes together by meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of her clients is Jane’s goal. Enjoying the clients’ excitement along the way is her bonus!
Jane gains an understanding of the clients’ needs by listening to each party to develop a plan to best meet their personal criteria. She is available and accessible as issues arise that might become a problem in the transaction, taking time to explain the details of the process. She earns trust and confidence with her knowledgeable, professional and informative approach, always putting the clients’ best interest first.
Experience
Prior to entering the exciting world of real estate, Jane’s professional career was spent with a large telecommunications company. She held many positions each with more responsibility. Her management roles varied from being responsible for service technicians and customer satisfaction for over 200,000 customers to statewide management of engineering support processes.
Each role she assumed required a high level of organization, attention to detail, analysis of data and most of all doing what it takes to satisfy the customer. She employs all of these skills each day in real estate. She believes her strong business background serves her clients well.
Jane was licensed in 2008 and joined a national firm in the Houston area. Competing with over 150 agents in the office, Jane was frequently recognized as a ‘Top 10’ producer. Her time in that office was an excellent experience as she honed her real estate customer service skills and practical application of real estate law and contracts.

Certified New Home Sales Specialist – CNHS® Certification focused on assisting those clients interested in a newly constructed home through the complexities of working with the sellers and developers of the homes at each stage of the process.

Jane has been an active member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) for many years. She served as her chapter president in 2010 and was honored as the chapter’s Woman of the Year. Houston Federation of Professional Women (FHPW) has also recognized Jane as a Woman of Excellence for her personal and professional achievements.
She supports her community as a volunteer with Interfaith Caring Ministry, March of Dimes and Easter Seals.
Personal
Jane makes her home in Cedar Park with her husband Rick. They have three children and four grandchildren in the Austin area. Spending quality time with the family is important to Rick and Jane. Taking up golf is on their short list of things to do and they enjoy traveling with any Caribbean destination being a personal favorite.

We have a wonderful real estate agent that you have got to hear about named Jane Medina. She first reached out to us when she saw we had been looking for our retirement home in Georgetown. She sent us information on a house we might be interested in & then met us to see it in person. Well, right away she had nailed it as to what I wanted in my "dream home" and she knew what to ask for in our contract to the seller. She was so good, we had her also represent us in the sale of our own home.
As a listing agent, she is top-notch with an outstanding support team at Realty Austin that will present your home with professional stagers and photographers. The video tour on the web page even made us want to buy our own home.
There is just no comparison with other realty firms.
