Israel has over five years of experience in top tier residential real estate sales.  Prior to becoming a realtor, Israel worked in the technology and design fields for over eight years where his experiences include art direction, localization, and project/team management.

Education
Israel graduated from Harlingen High School with honors in 1996. He earned an Associate’s Degree from the Art Institute of Houston in 2000, and awaits completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Concordia University-Austin in 2012.

I must thank Israel for his patience in working with me. We initially made contact back in 2008 I believe and shook hands in 2010. Over that period of time he continued to stick with me under my unique circumstances of being an Ex-Pat living in China.

He never pushed or pressed me to make a move or decision and I thank him for that and he continued to provide listings over that period of time based on my criteria which seemed to change every 6 months or so.

Even at the last minute before we purchased the Georgetown home our criteria changed. At the beginning of 2011, I said we were interested in 1 acre properties and he provided listings of that type property. I indicated we would return to the States in August and be in the Austin area in August of this year and had prepared appointments for showings of 1 acre homes.

Then after our arrival the criteria changed again, back to the Sun City homes and he came though on a moment's notice to accommodate our needs setting up appointments which led to the purchase of the Mountain Creek Pass home.

After the initial agreement for purchase of the Mountain Creek Pass home he always provided and kept me up to date giving me status of activities, which lead to what I believe a smooth transition of loan application, working with Ashley Hall, Gracy Title and the lender SunTrust. So all in all though his efforts of maintaining contact with me, I feel made the process not difficult at all considering the time difference and distance.

I certainly wanted it to be known of your dedication to me and the fine and professional service you provided.

Israel did an exceptional job as our real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and housing, in general. Our trust in him only increased as we found out that he is going through the home-buying process as well. He made himself available to us at any time. His accommodations stretched from picking us up to go house hunting to his willingness to always make time to answer our many questions. He promptly returned our phone calls and was early for scheduled appointments. As I was new to the home-buying process, I wanted an agent who I knew would be an advocate for me, who would take what I wanted in a home to heart and help me find it, who could teach me about what to expect with each step, and who would help me to make smart decisions along the way. Israel was all of this and more. Although he had several other clients he was helping at the same time, Israel was always on top of every part of the process in buying my home-- knowing what paperwork to expect, what was missing, what was due when. He never pressured me into any house just to make the sale, even though he must've shown me a million. He was dedicated-- even staying up with me until midnight on the last day of my option period to complete the necessary negotiations with a seller who was not always quickly responsive or easy to deal with (and certainly wasn't in that instance), just in case we needed to file an extension with them or back out of the deal before it was too late. He was also very knowledgeable, and when he didn't know something, he didn't have a problem with saying that he didn't know, but then quickly finding out the answer. I guess everything I've said is basically what a realtor is supposed to do, so you could say that Israel was just doing his job. But the point is, he did his job extremely well, and the process went as smoothly as could be expected. Friends of mine have used other realtors and in some cases had negative experiences during the home-buying process that left them vulnerable. Hearing about those experiences made me doubly-happy that I chose Israel as my realtor.
