Bio
Israel is a native Texan, and made the move to Austin in 2001 after earning a degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Houston. Prior to becoming a Realtor his professional experience included graphic design, art direction and localization technologies.
As a Realtor, Israel has achieved continued success and believes his clients should be comfortable and completely informed throughout the entire buying and selling process. Israel spent a few years in Central Austin and now lives in Cedar Park with his wife and two daughters. He specializes in Cedar Park/Leander, Lake Travis, Northwest Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown properties. In his spare time Israel enjoys painting, photography, and Hill Country life with his family.

Israel did an exceptional job as our real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and housing, in general. Our trust in him only increased as we found out that he is going through the home-buying process as well. He made himself available to us at any time. His accommodations stretched from picking us up to go house hunting to his willingness to always make time to answer our many questions. He promptly returned our phone calls and was early for scheduled appointments. We were able to benefit from his recommendations of lenders and home insurance agents and he went beyond the normal practice to advise on flooring vendors and assist us in looking for appliances. As for the negotiation on the house, Israel's help was essential, as this was our first home purchase. Not once did we worry about a single detail in dealings with the offer or struggle with making any significant decision on our own. He guided us through the process beautifully. He was with us every step of the way and we honestly felt like we were his only client. As I was new to the home-buying process, I wanted an agent who I knew would be an advocate for me, who would take what I wanted in a home to heart and help me find it, who could teach me about what to expect with each step, and who would help me to make smart decisions along the way. Israel was all of this and more. Although he had several other clients he was helping at the same time, Israel was always on top of every part of the process in buying my home-- knowing what paperwork to expect, what was missing, what was due when. He never pressured me into any house just to make the sale, even though he must've shown me a million. He was dedicated-- even staying up with me until midnight on the last day of my option period to complete the necessary negotiations with a seller who was not always quickly responsive or easy to deal with (and certainly wasn't in that instance), just in case we needed to file an extension with them or back out of the deal before it was too late. He was also very knowledgeable, and when he didn't know something, he didn't have a problem with saying that he didn't know, but then quickly finding out the answer. I guess everything I've said is basically what a realtor is supposed to do, so you could say that Israel was just doing his job. But the point is, he did his job extremely well, and the process went as smoothly as could be expected. Friends of mine have used other realtors and in some cases had negative experiences during the home-buying process that left them vulnerable. Hearing about those experiences made me doubly-happy that I chose Israel as my realtor.

I honestly wouldn't do business with any other agent and I have since referred another client to him. Israel took an overwhelming Texas market and found exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I were looking to relocate out of MA to another state.
