Bio

Dori is a native Texan and has been residing in the Austin area for the past 15 years. Her father, David P. Bendele was a well known custom home builder in San Antonio back in the 1970s until he retired in 2005. Growing up understanding the home building process from the ground up has definitely impacted Dori's love for Real Estate! Dori’s professional back ground has mostly been sales and marketing until she obtained her real estate licensed in 2003. This has been an added bonus when it comes to understanding and connecting with her clients! If you combined Professionalism, Innovative knowledge of Real Estate, Outstanding personality, Compassion for clients, Top communication skills and a Commitment to excellence, that would sum up Dori in a nut shell!

Community Involvement

Being a Cedar Park resident, she is actively involved in the surrounding neighborhoods of Cedar Park with National Night Out, Neighborhood Watch, and helps to organize activities and events throughout the year. She enjoys being connected with the community while working with such organizations as Capital Area Food Bank, Foundation Communities, ARM Austin Restoration Ministries, Big Brothers-Big Sisters and Blue Santa.

My wife and I met Dori Garner at an open house. At the time, my wife and I were just looking around, scouting the market. We still had 6 months left on a lease. My wife called Dori later that day to ask a question about the house, Dori drove back over to the house just to answer my wife question. We got to talking about our situation with the lease and how I didn't want to buy anything until that lease was up, but we really loved the house. Dori said, Let me do some research and I think we can make this work, if you really want the house. We started the paper work, closed about a month later and we still had 4 months left on our current lease. This is where most agents would have just taken off! Not Dori!
