Debbie Novelli - Bio

Debbie has lived in Austin (Westlake) for 20 years.  She retired from IBM ending a successful career as a sales executive both domestic and internationally.  She brings a wealth of leadership and experience to Realty Austin and is using her best of breed sales training, experience, and negotiation skills to distinguish herself as a real estate Broker.  Having relocated many times during her IBM career, she is especially familiar with the needs of those moving to Austin.  She is very involved in the community and knows Austin inside and out which enables her to meet the unique and varied needs of her clients….buyers, sellers, and investors!  She brings a creative, can do, professional approach to the business.  A strong work ethic combined with excellent customer service, market knowledge, attention to detail, and a keen business sense are skills that enable her to develop successful business plans which exceed her client’s expectations.

Debbie was recognized as a top producer (#2 in total sales) the past two years at her previous brokerage and for having the highest company sale in 2010. She received the Austin Board of Realtors Community Service Award in 2009 as a result of her leadership and volunteer efforts in the Austin non-profit community.
